Borimix 2022
BORIMIX Puerto Rico Fest was established in 2006 to celebrate Puerto Rican Heritage Month yearly by showcasing great Puerto Rican art in a range of mediums during November. Beginning as a month-long gathering of Puerto Rico's diaspora artists, and was headquartered at The Clemente Soto Vélez Cultural & Educational Center in the Lower East Side. BORIMIX now takes place citywide and highlights the impact of the community on the arts and cultural life of the city, the nation, and the hemisphere.
This year’s Borimix Celebration is is a co-production of Teatro SEA, Teatro LATEA, The Clemente, and in partnership The Center for Puerto Rican Studies-Hunter College.
