Adrianna Mateo performs new songs
October 27 7:30pm
Adrianna Mateo – solo violinist, singer-songwriter, and actress – performs new songs written over the past year and a half in The Clemente's Flamboyan Theater. She's excited to bring her unique electricity and full-hearted lyrics to a public audience for the first time in two years.
Free admission. Proof of vaccination required for entry. We ask everyone in the audience to wear a mask.
About the artist:
Adrianna Mateo is a unique triple threat artist: solo violinist, singer-songwriter, and actress based in NYC. Elegant and edgy, her talent has led her to open for Alicia Keys, perform her songs for more than 40,000 people at MCU Park, sing on MTV and the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, record her music at Jungle City Studios (courtesy of the studio), and even act onstage at the Metropolitan Opera with Anna Netrebko and perform solo violin at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in concurrent performance runs. Her next shows are at The Clemente (Oct. 27) as a New York City Artist Corps Grant awardee and at Joe's Pub (Nov. 15). She's inspired by triple threat artists such as Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez as well as singer-songwriters Taylor Swift and Halsey; in the words of her friends, she's a Badass Disney Princess.
