Lower East Side sidewalk interactions with Thiago Szmrecsányi
As part of the New York #CityArtistsCorps, a city wide program supporting thousands of artists, artist Thiago Szmrecsanyi will be presenting We Fix It in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. An offering to the LES residents and visitors after being hard hit by the pandemic.
Following the long tradition of street cart vendors and honoring the services and contributions of embattled occupations, artist Thiago Szmrecsányi has created a mobile structure, where he will be offering services and surveying the needs, interests, and opinions of pedestrians.
