The Clemente Center provides free classes and workshops for children, adults, and seniors of the Lower East Side that allows participants to learn skills in artistic practice, grow awareness of issues affecting our communities, and build and sustain Loisaida community connections.

El Clemente y la artista Yara Travieso presentan un taller virtual dirigido a inmigrantes y artistas de habla hispana, quienes históricamente han sido marginados, pero está abierto a todos aquellos que buscan apoyo para sus proyectos creativos a través de becas y aplicaciones de residencia.
CUENTOS: Meditation and Storytelling for Seniors in the Lower East Side/Chinatown
Seniors from the Lower East Side/Chinatown are invited to share their stories about life in Lower Manhattan for The Clemente’s newest oral history archive, in a 12 session workshop that includes guided meditation and storytelling techniques. Workshop facilitated by Charlie Vazquez
