Earlier this month, the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation announced its 2024 fellows—an eclectic and diverse group of 188 artists, filmmakers, photographers, writers, scholars and scientists chosen from a pool of nearly 3,000 applicants. We were so pleased to see that Resident Artist Itziar Barrio is a recipient of this prestigious fellowship.
