We want to hear your stories!

Seniors from the Lower East Side/Chinatown are invited to share their stories about life in Lower Manhattan for The Clemente’s newest oral history archive.

We’re looking to hear from unheard voices such as yours.

Facilitated by Charlie Vázquez, CUENTOS will consist of 12 workshops that take place on Tuesdays (online) and Saturdays (in-person), beginning April 19, at The Clemente’s spacious LES Gallery, which is wheelchair accessible. Filmed stories will be screened at The Clemente (and online) in June 2022.
